First Half Drama: Isak's Penalty and Wood's Swift Reply

Murillo's long ball took the Newcastle defence by surprise, and Wood scored the game's third goal with amazing timing as he ducked under Dubravka and into the empty net.

Forest's defence remained strong in the face of Newcastle's relentless efforts. Turner denied Gordon and Isak with vital stops. With a decisive 3-1 victory, Nottingham Forest ended their seven-game losing streak at the final whistle. Newcastle's home crowd was disappointed since it was their sixth loss in their last seven games.
